Resource Infrastructure
Focus Area 1: Resource Mapping and Verification
Ongoing research, review, verification, outreach validation, and maintenance that helps build a clearer picture of Oklahoma’s community resource landscape. Before information is published through the Oklahoma Resource Hub, organization and program details are reviewed, verified, and validated through direct outreach so people and partners can access clearer, more current pathways to support.
Focus Area 2: Oklahoma Resource Hub
A dynamic Oklahoma-centered platform designed to turn verified and validated resource information into real connection. The Oklahoma Resource Hub brings together searchable organization and program profiles, clear pathways to services and opportunities, and partner-managed tools for sharing updates, events, job fairs, job opportunities, stories, and other community information. Together, these features help people, partners, and communities stay informed, take action, and stay connected across Oklahoma’s community resource ecosystem.
Community Collaboration Infrastructure
Focus Area 1: Oklahoma Resource Collaborative
A trust-centered partner network designed to strengthen connection, communication, and coordination across Oklahoma’s community resource ecosystem. The Oklahoma Resource Collaborative creates space for nonprofits, service providers, public agencies, volunteers, and community-minded businesses to build relationships, share updates, identify needs, strengthen referrals, and work together with greater clarity, care, and collaboration.
Community Learning & Workforce Pathways
Focus Area 1: Internship & Practicum
Structured internship, practicum, and service-learning opportunities for students who want hands-on experience in nonprofit and community-based work. Participants may support research, resource verification, outreach, communications, administration, and other projects that strengthen resource access across Oklahoma.
Focus Area 2: Work-Based Learning
Structured opportunities for people connected through workforce, vocational rehabilitation, reentry, education, or other partner programs to build practical workplace skills through hands-on experience and training. Opportunities may be paid or unpaid depending on the program and may include work experience, skill development, and other employment-focused activities.
Focus Area 3: Volunteer Learning Projects
Short-term, structured opportunities for students, volunteers, and community members who want to contribute to meaningful projects. Activities may include research, resource updates, outreach preparation, communications, event support, administrative tasks, and other projects that strengthen community resource access.
