Angela Hein is the Founding Executive Director of Oklahoma Resource Access Network, Inc. and the founder behind the broader vision to strengthen access to trusted support across Oklahoma. Her work is rooted in systems thinking, cross-sector relationship-building, and a deep commitment to reducing the barriers that make it harder for people to find the help they need.
She leads with a focus on strengthening resource information, coordination, and the foundational systems that make access more accurate, connected, and usable for the people and communities this work is meant to serve. Her leadership reflects a belief that stronger partnerships, stronger information, and stronger systems can create lasting impact across Oklahoma.
