Oklahoma Resource Access Network, Inc. is an Oklahoma nonprofit organization working to strengthen the systems that connect people to essential support and economic opportunity. Through resource mapping and verification, cross-sector collaboration, and practical workforce pathways, we improve the quality of resource information, strengthen partnerships, and help build a more connected community resource ecosystem across Oklahoma. Our work focuses on the foundational infrastructure needed to improve access, coordination, connection to support, and opportunities for employment and economic mobility.

Our mission is to strengthen Oklahoma’s community resource infrastructure through verified information, trusted collaboration, and practical pathways that improve access, coordination, connection to support, and opportunities for employment and economic mobility.
Oklahoma Resource Access Network, Inc. exists because access to support depends on more than whether programs and services exist. It depends on accurate information, strong relationships, shared knowledge, and systems that help people and providers find and connect to support without unnecessary confusion or delay. Publicly available information may be outdated, incomplete, inconsistent, or incorrect, which is why our approach combines human verification, direct validation with organizations, and ongoing maintenance rather than relying on automated data collection alone.
We also invest in the people, partnerships, and practical pathways that strengthen Oklahoma’s community resource infrastructure. Through cross-sector collaboration, shared learning, and Community Learning & Workforce Pathways, we create structured opportunities for people to build skills, gain meaningful experience, strengthen connections to employment, and contribute to projects that expand community capacity. Together, this work improves access to reliable support while creating stronger pathways toward employment, economic mobility, and long-term stability.

We envision an Oklahoma where people, providers, and communities can navigate support and opportunity with greater clarity, confidence, and connection through a stronger, more coordinated community resource ecosystem.
We are working toward a statewide community resource ecosystem that reaches all 77 Oklahoma counties through stronger resource mapping, verified information, connected local relationships, and practical pathways to opportunity. As the Oklahoma Resource Hub expands, resource information can become more visible, current, and usable across communities, while the Oklahoma Resource Collaborative can strengthen communication, shared learning, and coordination among providers and partners. Community Learning & Workforce Pathways can further strengthen this ecosystem by creating structured opportunities for people to build skills, gain meaningful experience, connect to employment, and contribute to work that increases community capacity.
Over time, this statewide infrastructure can help communities better understand what support and opportunities exist, identify gaps, reduce unnecessary duplication, strengthen coordination, and create clearer connections to services, employment, economic mobility, and long-term stability across Oklahoma. Our long-term vision may also include a physical Resource Access Center powered by the Oklahoma Resource Hub, creating another point of connection between people, trusted information, community partners, and pathways to opportunity.
