Purpose & Vision
Oklahoma Resource Access Network, Inc. is an Oklahoma nonprofit organization working to strengthen access to support across the state through resource mapping, verification, and cross-sector coordination. We focus on the foundational work behind stronger pathways to support by improving the quality of resource information, strengthening partnerships, and helping build a more connected system of access for people across Oklahoma.
our Mission
Our mission is to strengthen Oklahoma’s community resource infrastructure through verified and validated resource information, trust-centered partner collaboration, and practical learning pathways that help people and partners find, understand, and connect to support with greater clarity, coordination, and care.
Oklahoma Resource Access Network, Inc. exists because access to support depends on more than the availability of programs and services. It depends on accurate information, direct connection, shared knowledge, strong relationships, and systems that help people and providers navigate support without unnecessary confusion or delay. Through resource mapping, verification, validation through direct outreach, partner collaboration, and applied learning pathways, we strengthen the foundation behind resource access by making existing resources more visible, helping partners identify gaps, avoid unnecessary duplication, strengthen coordination around services already available, and connecting people to resources, services, opportunities, and support across Oklahoma.
our vision
We envision an Oklahoma where people, providers, and communities can find, understand, and connect to support through accurate resource information, stronger partnerships, and clearer pathways to resources, services, and opportunities.
We are working toward a statewide community resource ecosystem where clearer information, stronger relationships, shared visibility, and connected systems help people and providers move from need to connection with less confusion or delay. As resource information, partner collaboration, and practical learning pathways grow together, this infrastructure can help make existing services easier to see, help partners identify gaps, avoid unnecessary duplication, strengthen coordination around services already available, and create clearer pathways to resources, services, opportunities, and long-term stability across Oklahoma, with a long-term vision that may include a physical Resource Access Center powered by the Oklahoma Resource Hub.
our commitment
Accuracy & Verification
We are committed to accuracy as an ongoing practice, not a one-time task. Through research, verification, validation through direct outreach, and continued maintenance, we work to make resource information clearer, more current, and more usable for people and providers.
Coordination & Partnership
We are committed to systems that reduce burden, treat people with dignity, and make support easier to access. Access should not depend on insider knowledge, luck, repeated storytelling, or the ability to navigate disconnected systems without clear information and support.
Dignity & Access
We are committed to relationship-centered coordination and collaboration that help partners work with clarity, connection, and shared purpose. Stronger partnerships make it easier to identify gaps, avoid unnecessary duplication where possible, and strengthen pathways across systems.
Capacity & Opportunity
We are committed to building people while building infrastructure through learning, volunteer, internship, and workforce pathways. These opportunities support contribution, skill-building, and public impact while strengthening the systems that serve Oklahoma communities.
Organizational Clarity
Oklahoma Resource Access Network, Inc. is the nonprofit organization carrying out the systems-strengthening work behind clearer resource access across Oklahoma. The Oklahoma Resource Hub is one of the key tools connected to this work, but the organization itself is broader than the platform.
Oklahoma Resource Access Network, Inc. advances systems-level work that strengthens the infrastructure behind resource access across Oklahoma. This includes resource mapping, verification, validation through direct outreach, partner collaboration, practical learning pathways, and shared data-informed tools that help communities understand what exists, identify gaps, coordinate services, reduce unnecessary duplication where possible, and build clearer pathways to support.
